Development of the financial team to supports the company’s financial requirements.
Supervise and develop the financial team staff.
Reporting and Analysis
Responsible for monthly and quarterly company and department financial statements and business plan and reporting and analysis.
Responsible for supporting the company and department’s financial and other reporting needs.
Prepares and supports multi-department and corporate annual budgeting and business plan process and re-forecasting processes.
Development of organization finance policies, conduct special studies, and cooperate with various departments in the preparation of statistical studies
Interfaces with the department and senior management and business users to map out and document business reporting requirements.
Development of complex financial models to support company and department requirements.
Development and implementation of new reporting analysis tools.
Design and development of enterprise-wide and technology-enabled business intelligence capabilities.
Process ad-hoc reporting requests.
What we would like to see from you:
Must have demonstrated proficiency for all the responsibilities of a Senior Financial Analyst.
BA/BS or MBA in Business, Operations Management, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience required.
Ten (10) years of experience in finance or accounting required.
Five (5) years of experience in a Manager role required.
Ten (10) years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, data mining and data analysis and data modeling techniques required.
Strong leadership and communication skills required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service to all levels of the company required.
Able to work well at all levels of internal personnel and personalities and external customers required.
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities required.
Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative data collection, metrics & analysis required.
Prior Business Intelligence development and design preferred.
