Our Yakima-based Administrative office has a full time Monday-Friday Fiscal Program Specialist position..

Primary Duties

This position will perform professional level program and fiscal monitoring of the Older Americans Act Programs, Home Care Monitoring and many other state and federally funded programs. The Fiscal Program Specialist processes Contractor’s and Direct services monthly Program Reports detailing services actually provided during the month along with expense claims submitted for comparison between Program Reports and Claims. This position assists with the fiscal component of the request for proposal processes, reviews contractor budget and allocations, provides contractors with fiscal technical assistance as needed. Primary fiscal person to process Health Home Accounts Payable and Receivables. Prepares reports for management. Position supports the ALTC fiscal team to ensure program services and fiscal compliance. Closes at Noon, April 19, 2021

Qualifications

Experience Required: Bachelors in Accounting preferred or Business Administration, or related field; plus 2 years working in an administrative capacity related to accounting OR 2 years fiscal monitoring/auditing experience. Specialized training & expertise in Excel & Word required. Experience interpreting Administrative Codes preferred; monitoring in governmental or nonprofit social service preferred; and experience working with contracts is preferred. Social Service experience preferred.
