HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: Responsible for administering a full range of human resource programs including recruitment, policy development and administration, employee compensation and benefits, training and development, collective bargaining, labor relations and resolving personnel issues. Candidates should have a working knowledge of personnel systems, labor relations, employee benefits, workers compensation and risk management. Qualifications: BA degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, business administration, public administration or closely related field; and five years progressively responsible experience in administration and management of issues related to employee benefits, compensation, labor relations and contract negotiations, including three years supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Public sector experience preferred. Must have and maintain, or have the ability to obtain and maintain HRCI or SHRM certifications. Must have valid Washington State Driver’s License with a driving record free of serious or frequent violations and ability to maintain a valid license. Must pass a Criminal History check which may include being fingerprinted. $76,681.56 – $103,053.60/year DOQ with full benefits. Job description and application available at .
