Here’s where you come in:
We are currently seeking Project Accountant to join our team as a member of our growing Accounting and Finance division.
You’re great at:
Completes project substantiations on prescribed schedule based on project or client need.
Reviews contract language to ensure substantiation requirements are met.
Assists with third party Project Audits.
Handles confidential information appropriately.
Works with Project Managers to mitigate project/contract compliance issues.
Works with a variety of internal teams to help maintain an open, effective relationship with external clients.
Other duties as assigned.
What we would like to see from you:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required; working knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products – Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint and Adobe preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or in a related field or equivalent work experience required.
Two (2) years applicable work experience in Accounting or Finance required.
Construction accounting experience preferred.
One (1) year Project/contract/cost accounting experience preferred.
