Click on the “New Registration” button. Enter your name and email address and click “Continue” to continue your registration on the next page. Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf using your email address, you will not be able to use that email address again. A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “secondary email address” field, if entered).
If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:
1. Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
2. Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Registration Confirmation – WFOA 2018 Annual Conference”.
3. Email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.comand request that your registration confirmation be resent.
The Full Conference Registration fee includes access to all workshop and general sessions, the exhibits, and all Conference meal functions (three continental breakfasts, two lunches, a reception, banquet and refreshment breaks). Advance registration and additional fees are required for some Pre-Conference Workshops and other special functions as listed during registration.
The One Day Conference Registration fee includes access to all workshops, general sessions and meals on the day of that registration. Advance registration and additional fees are still required for some Pre-Conference Workshops and other special functions that are offered.
What meals are provided as part of the Full Conference Registration fee? *One Day Registrations will get the meals provided for the day of their registration only.

Thursday, September 20: Breakfast, Networking Breaks, and Lunch. A ticket to the Conference Banquet can be purchased separately.

Yes, one day options are available for purchase at the time of registration. One Day Conference Registration Fee includes access to the exhibits (on Wednesday and Thursday only), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled for the selected day. In addition, a One Day (Wednesday) registration includes entry to the Welcome Reception.
Pre-Conference Workshops are offered on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Both half-day and full-day workshops are offered. These workshops are NOT included in Full Conference or One-Day registrations and require payment of an additional fee.
If you would like to choose two different payment methods, please complete your conference registration (adding everything you would like included for the first payment method). Once your initial registration is complete you will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please follow the embedded link in your confirmation email to modify your registration. You will be asked to enter your email address and reference number that was sent to you in the confirmation email. Once logged in, advance through the registration form and select the additional items to purchase with a second payment method. Yes, guest tickets will be available for purchase through the online registration site. If you would like to purchase more than one guest ticket, please contact Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com after you complete your online registration.
Already registered? Please follow the embedded link in your confirmation email to modify your registration. You will be asked to enter your email address and reference number that was sent to you in the confirmation email. Once logged in, advance through the registration form and select the guest ticket on the “Agenda” page. If you experience difficulties, please email Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.
If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, click on the “Modify Registration” button on the WFOA registration page. You will be asked to enter your email address and reference number that was sent to you in the confirmation email.
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by August 3, 2018 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 3, 2018.
Cancellations of individual conferences items, such as Pre-Conference Workshops and special sessions received by August 3, 2018, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 3, 2018. Substitutions of additional items can be made without a charge.
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at any time prior to registration closing on September 7, 2018.
You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, as needed.
All sessions and registration for the WFOA 2018 Conference & Tradeshow will take place at The Hilton Vancouver Convention Center: 301 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660. The WFOA Conference Registration & Information Desk will be located in the Hilton Lobby and open at 7:00 am on September 18, 2018.
Active Membership – Annual Dues $50.00
is extended to those elected officials or public employees who have the responsibility for or are employed in any aspect of governmental finance.
Affiliate Membership – Annual Dues $150.00
is open to persons not eligible for active membership.
Honorary Membership – No Dues
is conferred by the Board of Directors to persons who have made outstanding contributions to the Washington Finance Officers Association.
