Guest Meals
Thursday Banquet or full conference meal tickets are available for a registered attendee's plus one. This is for attendee guests (such as a spouse or partner) that is not attending conference sessions.)
Pickleball Sessions
Kick off your conference week at the first WFOA Pickleball event! Join us at the Lawrence Scott Park Pickleball Complex at 12:30pm on Tuesday September 15, 2026. Individual registration is $25 each player and includes a paddle!

Scholarships: Scholarships are available for WFOA members for conference registration. Be sure to check out the scholarship page for information and to fill out the application.

Cancelation Policy: Cancelation/substitution requests must be received in writing via Refund Request Form. In-person events, a refund is available until 14 business days less a $20 administrative fee. Webinar events, a refund is available until 3 business days less a $20 or 25% of registration fee, whichever is less. No refund will be issued after the business days listed but can be appealed in writing. The appeal can take up to 45 days for determination. Substitutions after the business days listed may be allowed for a $10 fee.
